Diet Desinformation. What Is Right and Wrong?
19 July 2009OK, listen closely. You know as well as we do: there are many many so called myths on the subject of weight loss floating around all the time. Number one: don be so super scared of eating potatoes or bread or pasta, you need that stuff. Carbohydrates are important, and you need them to feel less hungry during diet. That way, you’ll get more controll over exactly what you eat..But, don’t eat too much of the carbohydrates, and absolutely no butter. Please, it is very important to be aware of how a certain food is made! Fried food is a BIG no-no. We would like to recommend you to drink water. That way your stomach will be more full and hunger won’t really be there. Water also keeps the intestines healthy by facilitating the movements of undigested food to the exit point. Water only will not make anyone lose those extra pounds of fat, as you probably realise. If you’d like to lose weight you must get rid of the body fat first And, it does not take seven days. You must see the whole weight loss thing as something that will happen in the long run instead.Another myth claims that fat is absolutely bad for you. That is downright wrong, as the body really needs fat to work. Your body needs an amount of fat to be able to get vitamins into its systems. Important things like omega-3 & omega-6 can be added to your system with the use of fat. Limit your fat eating, to avoid getting fat yourself! What you also need is a good diet and a modern fat binder. .
